Odisha Staff Selection Commission (SSC) invites all the applicants for the vacant positions of Junior Assistants and Junior Clerks in different departments on the basis of contract. For the position of Junior Clerks, Two Hundred and Seven (207) posts are vacant and the monthly salary is Five Thousand and Two Hundred to Twenty Thousand and Two Hundred (5,200 – 20,200) and the Grade Pay is One Thousand and Nine Hundred (1,900). For the position of Junior Assistants the number of posts vacant is One Hundred and Fifty Six (156) and the monthly salary is Five Thousand and Two hundred to Twenty Thousand and Two Hundred (5,200 – 20,200) and the Grade Pay is One Thousand and Nine Hundred (1,900). Educational qualification required for the posts is a minimum of Class XII pass or similar degree with basic computer knowledge skills. The applicant should be an Indian National and the age limit for the positions is Eighteen to Thirty Two (18 – 32) as on 1 January 2016. Age relaxation shall be provided of up to Five (5) years for the candidates belonging to the Women/SEBC/ST/SC category and up to Ten (10) years for the candidates belonging to the PWD category. The candidates will be selected on the basis of skill test in Computer and written exam.

 

The shortlisted candidates will be posted in Odisha. An application fee of One Hundred (100) shall be charged from the UR and SEBC candidates. The fee can be paid via offline or online.
